When you use the Plan Your Visit form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number and your consent for us to contact you about your visit. You may also provide information in a message you choose to send through WhatsApp.

We do not provide visitor accounts, comments, public uploads or other public submission areas on this website.

How we use your information

We use Plan Your Visit information to record your interest, prepare for your visit, respond to your enquiry and contact you about the visit using the details you provide. We use the information only for these purposes and related administration.

Lawful basis

For Plan Your Visit enquiries, we rely on your consent to contact you about your visit. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting info@joebenjamin.org. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew consent.

Who receives your information

Plan Your Visit details are emailed to Light Nation Global. We do not sell your personal information.

Online donations are processed by Donorbox. Donorbox may collect and process payment and donor information under its own privacy terms. Please review the Donorbox Privacy Policy before donating.

If you use the WhatsApp link, you choose to open WhatsApp and send a message. WhatsApp then processes information under its own terms. Light Nation does not send a WhatsApp message without your action.

Cookies, Meta Pixel and similar technologies

The website uses essential technologies needed for basic operation. We also use, or may use, the Meta Pixel to measure advertising activity, understand visits from Meta campaigns and measure conversions. Meta may receive information about how you interact with the website and may use cookies or similar technologies.
